Winter Wishes and Snow Plowing Reminders
It’s hard to believe that we’re nearing the end of another year. However, we’re very thankful for you, our customers, for trusting us with your lawn care and landscaping needs.
We do provide winter services, such as snow plowing and ice control services. The type of snow that falls determines the kind of tool we use to remove it from your driveway, walkways, steps and porch.
For example, if the snow is light and fluffy, we use our backpack leaf blowers to move the snow from your hard surfaces back onto the lawn, unless of course we are there in the middle of the night.
And yet, if it’s one of those heavy, wet snows that commonly occur in late winter or early spring, we resort to shovels and calcium. Our blowers just can’t push that kind of snow off of hard surfaces.
Don’t forget to wrap your ornamental trees and shrubs before winter sets in for good.
For ice removal, we provide calcium for sidewalks and driveways by request. We always have calcium on our trucks for sidewalk ice removal.
For your driveway, we’ll either shovel it clean if it’s a short drive. For longer driveways, we’ll use our plows to push snow off of your driveway to make it safe for you and your family.
